On May 18, 2023, Jiangsu Jinfan Electric Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for its business building at the company’s birthplace on Laoshaxi Road. Peng Zhengxiong, Chairman of Jiangsu Jinfan Electric Group, Zhao Peiyun, President, Xu Xiaodong, Vice President, together with administrative management of the Group and leaders of its subsidiaries attended the ceremony. Relevant officials including Zhang Yaojun, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Tangshi Sub-district, Economic Development Zone (Yangshe Town), Qian Hua, Director, and Wang Tonghai, Deputy Director, participated in the event.

The groundbreaking ceremony was hosted by Zhao Peiyun, President of Jiangsu Jinfan Electric Group. Zhang Yaojun, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Tangshi Sub-district, Economic Development Zone (Yangshe Town), and Peng Zhengxiong, Chairman of Jiangsu Jinfan Electric Group, delivered speeches respectively.

At the ceremony, all participating leaders jointly shoveled soil for the foundation. Salutes resounded across the venue in a festive atmosphere, marking the great success of the groundbreaking ceremony!

Covering a land area of 5,800 square meters and a construction area of 16,500 square meters, the Jinfan Business Building project involves a total investment of more than RMB 60 million. The building was scheduled for completion in October 2024. As a seven-story integrated building facing east, the Jinfan Business Building adopts a luxury cruise ship-style design. It will stand as a local landmark with extraordinary grandeur.
